    Started working at Free People for the discount. It ended up being a great work environment. Management takes daily operations and rules very seriously, which allows things to flow smoothly.

    Cons

    Pay is just about at minimum wage. If you are part time, Discount definitely makes up for it.

    Pros

    Discount is great, lovely co workers, fun work environment, decent hours and pay only if your full time (have to give you the hours if FT)

    Cons

    No growth even when promised or discussed, upper management does not help you get to positions you are reaching for, competitive environment when it comes to promotions and moving positions around, very hard to make a work-life balance
