    I have been working at GEICO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There are so many opportunities for growth and leadership development! compared to other companies I think GEICO offers the fastest to move up within the company. not to mention incentives like profit sharing, great benefits and a super supportive work environment. I know every job says they are family but GEICO is really team oriented and not just at the desk

    Cons

    because it is still a customer service driven industry, guidelines and procedures change frequently which can be an adjustments

    The have great benefits and really do try to give back to their employees and make a fun environment.

    They have unreasonable expectations in the customer service area which cause them to lose employees because they become so unhappy in their job

    Nobody communicates with others, will not work with you with complex situations, tends to make people feel singled out, complex promotion process and stresses promoting
