    The people are passionate about both the brand and the customers. Employees are empowered to create new ideas. There are good opportunities to get exposure to the wider world of General Motors Leadership team are very caring about the staff Attitudes towards flexible working are good.

    The business is a lot smaller now that the car sales have finished so perhaps the range of roles will be smaller.

    The whole redundancy process was managed poorly. The manager at the time has no consideration for others.
