    The people here are very nice and encouraging. Amazing culture with lots of social activities, gym onsite, ability to lease a car. The engineering work I did as an intern was interesting and challenging

    Cons

    Not too many engineering jobs left in Australia

    - set in old ways
    - company is at a point of uncertainty
    - CEO constantly looks grumpy, I walked past him nearly every single day and not once did he say hi or acknowledge anyone that was not a senior manager.

    Advice to Management

    Get a new CEO to improve the culture
