Pros
Company culture is great. Soccer twice a week where senior staff are involved. Staff social club holds regular events. People come from multi-cultural backgrounds. People laugh together frequently. Great culture. Diversity of projects in industry from oil and gas, to state electrical distribution and transmission, water and of course mining and more. Specialists in hazardous area designs and inspections. Highly technically skilled individuals. Attention to detail is paramount and makes me proud of being apart of the team.
Cons
Higher management is not transparent. Business comes from a historically flat structure, difficult to progress through the ranks.
