Can be a bit challenging with the workload, but i guess that's the same with all workplaces. Pay could be better too to reflect efforts put in and initiatives shown

Tons of opportunity for personal and professional growth. I have amazing co-workers and there is a true work-life balance that so many other companies promise, but don't actually live up to. I hope to be an employee here for many more years.
Cons
Must be self motivated and have an idea of what you want your career path to look like. Other than this, I really can't come up with any cons. I have worked at a dozen other companies, this one is hands down the best. No micromanaging, etc..

Pros
Gallup has a unique culture that really embraces everyone and focuses on their strengths pushing them to become the best version of themselves. There are some great managers that make working fun. Work life balance is a priority for every employee - we can work when and how much we want as long as goals are met.
Cons
Lately there has been more and more corporate politics at play. Decisions have not been transparent and it has undermined trust with senior management. Also it is always very rigid in terms of carriers chances and progression.
