    Flexible schedule and good benefits.

    Cons

    Stressful as company was going thru downsizing and the remaining employees just kept getting more and more responsibilities without any additional monetary increase or other benefits.

    I have been working at Gamesa full-time

    Pros

    - relative stability of the position (unless because of restructuring, it is highly unlikely to be fired, even if the employee is incompetent) - good benefits - excellent team-mates

    Cons

    - lack of structural organization - the employee evaluation system is a joke (in the end, even if you have proven exceptional, the rewards are the same for all employees) - no career plan for the employees - the salaries depend on age (not experience or achievements) - very poor intra-departamental communication
