      Great pay. Great benefits. Ability to work independently

      Cons

      Little to no internal structure, rules, or procedures. Employee environment bad. Upper management lack of communication. Lack of communication throughout entire company.

      It is a job in a tough economy The management is understanding of work life balance Benefits are very good
