      If you are self-directed this place offers some opportunity to shine, but inconsistent oversight and toxic work environment aren’t enough to compensate.

      Cons

      Co-owned by sisters, several employees have been there forever. Decision-making is insular. Poor corporate infrastructure for a company that has existed for more than a decade. The few people they hire with “real” talent don’t stay long.
