    I worked at General Mills full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great people at many levels of the company, flexible work attire, intelligent creative minds, family feel, half day Fridays throughout the year, fantastic products!

    Cons

    Salary is low, the culture is turning aggressive, low retention rate, junior employees are not protected and are expected to be agressive or get out, lack of "promoting from within".

    Great culture, great people, great products. A fantastic place to learn the fundamentals of running a business.

    Cons

    Sometimes it felt a bit cut-throat with folks trying to cross the finish line faster than peers.

    Cons

    No MBA reimbursement. Structured. Few opportunities for Sales to go other places in the org. Location.
