      Toxic company culture - terrible place to work

      Great clients - lots of multinationals The team - friendly and supportive The actual research part of the work is deeply satisfying

      -The opportunity to work with some great people - Development of client servicing skills - Generally supportive and inclusive office culture

      Cons

      - Work was often quite siloed - Limited opportunity to be exposed to different kinds of clients - Professional development seemed to take a back seat to meeting reporting deadlines - involving monotonous data checking mostly using proprietary software - Communication was often lacking or confused, especially from management

      great people to work with! the social aspect was always amazing here. most people are really happy to help.

      Cons

      pay is terrible. absolutely under-resourced, everyone constantly fights fires, nothing progresses because it needs to be approved by regional and global first, there is no time and room for training and career progression. I do hope this is just because of the recent global restructure and that the company is on the up again!
