      Mad Men and I don't mean the TV show

      Pros

      Very exciting industry and clients. Excellent quality of designs and fabrication.

      Cons

      The owner and VP of this company are impossible to work for/with. They are downright rude and verbally abusive to their employees. The place is like a cancer and has to be the most hostile work environment I have ever been in. Run...as fast as you can!

      Pros

      The people are friendly and usually willing to help you out where you can. As an entry level, lots to learn and good experience.

      Cons

      People get power trips and don't reigned in by upper management. Upper management does not communicate well within the company in general. The CEO is very aggressive in his approach which is good and bad, but be prepared for yelling and loud conversation. This is a regular day thing. Do not expect flexibility to move within the company, often times they're too busy to keep up.

      There aren't any pros to working at Gilbert.

      Cons

      The CEO is a narcissist and the people who have been there more than 10 years know how to stroke his ego to get what they want.
