    Pros

    Good salary, Good bonus, Good company reputation, True commitment for improving health globally, Possibility for multiple career opportunities in different areas.

    Cons

    British culture. You need to invent the wheel again and again, because processes are not clear and IT systems are not aligned. Just look at how Brexit was managed and you will understand what is waiting for you. Most work is delegated to external co-workers in India and Poland. The outcome is a solution mosaic. Projects are very political and operations feel like a rat in wheel.
