    Mediocre, Elementary Management culture. Bullying and harassment are not uncommon. Unqualified and Unskilled people appointed on managerial roles.

    HO environment and culture is good, people are helpful, you will get good exposure to working with an MNC

    Cons

    A lot of biases against Management Trainees, you will feel stuck with the sales job. No vacancies in PMT, you have to do sales for at least 3 years to get into marketing. The important thing HR, very unprofessional, they will not reply to your emails and you feel helpless.

    Was quite easy to get in. Minimal interview, work is not hard

    You don't have much voice here. All decisions are made from seniors

    Good and professional work culture

    Cons

    They claim that transparency is one of their values but do not follow that completely. Moreover, CTC will look good but also include components such as gratuity and insurance which are usually to be borne by employer and not included into employee's CTC
