Rotation is tough to manage having a lot of medical Representatives coveribg the same territory. Company only hiring through a third party.

Since it is manufacturing and supplying company it is always having a workload and everything is urgent Some sites have a flat otgnisation structure which means no big opportunities for career growth The company cares about the managers more than shop floor employees Your future in the company is depends on a lot of factors meaning that the promotion requirements are complex and it is changing every year, hard work and experience is some time not enough your connection with top management can really change everything.

It was a consultative culture and structured working environment. especially loved that they hot desk! Colleagues were awesome and helpful.
