growing in maturing, bring in more structure around growth which has previously been organic (this can be a pro too) Sometimes a disconnect with the culture at HQ

Flexible working hours, fun projects, great colleagues that want to go the extra mile.

Cons

Low salaries and impossible to get a proper raise (despite inflation in the market). No clear strategy from C-level or senior management. Toxic working culture with the wrong people getting promotions. High work load with no direction - a lot of people feel burnt out.
