    Lot of entry level roles and difficult to crack into higher paying jobs but not impossible for right people. Good work life balance. Large company for agribusiness

    Culture suffering from a few years of bad results

    Stable industry, they pay for trainings aligned to your role. Management will support you if you deliver good results.

    Cons

    So many changes/restructure in the span of a year, gives an impression of uncertainty. Not much career growth. Not much IT innovation. No proper onboarding.

    Perfect environment to Fake it Till You Make it, if your one of those people that don’t really have any life skills aside from the old snickers nose, is this the place for you!

    Very Toxic Workplace, poor rostering, no recognition, zero tolerance for work life balance
