    Pros

    Stable industry, they pay for trainings aligned to your role. Management will support you if you deliver good results.

    Cons

    So many changes/restructure in the span of a year, gives an impression of uncertainty. Not much career growth. Not much IT innovation. No proper onboarding.

    Handle changes better by providing more comms and smoother transition period.

    Perfect environment to Fake it Till You Make it, if your one of those people that don’t really have any life skills aside from the old snickers nose, is this the place for you!

    Very Toxic Workplace, poor rostering, no recognition, zero tolerance for work life balance

    Good culture, decent pay and not too much overload within your role.

    Cons

    Lack of team morale, although promote flexibility, managers are not supportive of that culture. Depending on role not much space to grow.
