    Pros

People. You get to meet truly exceptional people working in Grain Corp Country Operations. The knowledge base of Grain handlers when it comes to what we do, is amazing. The problem solving skills on the ground, would astonish NASA. The management teams are always there to help, with no concern to insignificant that you won't get the help that you require. Then you get the growers. Truly salt of the earth people, quick to smile, quicker to lend a helping hand and always ready with constructive advice.

    Cons

Infrastructure. You've heard it all before, we need to keep up with the times, some of our equipment is past the band aid stage, and needs to be replaced.

    Advice to Management

Good to see that notice is being taken of suggestions from people on the ground in the thick of things, keep that up.
