Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Grill'd part-time for more than a year
Pros
• Coworkers: My coworkers were amazing, however this varies among stores • Free food after working 5 hours (however, at my store in particular, shifts were cut to 4.5 — 4.75 hours so that they were able to make you pay for your food rather than getting it for free)
Cons
• Condescending managers: managers will constantly talk down to you and get hold grudges when it comes to covering shifts. •New employees are constantly being hired: despite each store being overstaffed, Grill’d constantly hires new employees which are cheaper to pay due to the compulsory traineeship completion. This therefore leads to original employees being stripped of their hours, making it difficult to live off of your weekly wage. •Pay: this one is self explanatory. They require you to complete a traineeship for a minimum of 6 months so that they’re able to pay you the bare minimum about of pay, however you have no time to complete this in store. However, upon its completion, they’ll just hire more staff to replace you

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Grill'd part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Decent People to work with Working hours from 8-11 Flexible
Cons
Management are awful Head Office is awful The Enterprise Agreement is sided to the company. Under the current enterprise agreement you have a loaded wage as part time which incorporates 2 public holidays into your pay rate but you WILL work more than 2. If you say otherwise you will be bullied into doing so or management will gossip about you until they have you fired. HORRIBLE workplace employee discounts. 50% off 1 item per day UNLESS you worked 5 hours which would warrant you a free burger under the price of $15. Considering the average price of a burger is $16. Management have specifically not given 5 hour shifts to save on stock. You are expected to do too much for what you are paid. Management will dangle promotion opportunities to make you work harder. It happened to me for 3 years. The people you will work with are cut throat and fake.
