Pros

Good 401k matching and ability to work from home at times.

Cons

Constant disorder - lack of management and direction. Management lives in a bubble and they don't care about the lines of work below. They only care about looking good for themselves to get their year end bonuses.

Pros

Salary: The compensation at Guardian is competitive and considered a significant advantage.

Cons

Layoff Culture: If you prefer working for a company that shows how valued you are by offering a severance package while strongly encouraging you to reapply, this might be the place for you. It can feel like Corporate America's version of the Hunger Games. Unlimited PTO: While some may view unlimited PTO as a perk, it can be perceived as a disadvantage since employees cannot accrue PTO. This shift has eliminated the benefit of accruing time off, leading to uncertainty about how much time off is acceptable to take.
