Pros

Flexible working. Guestline are out to get a quick return for their PE investor so if you don't mind selling your soul and letting down clients along the way, it could be a good couple of years. And then no doubt, they'll be sold on and who know's what.

Cons

Communication within the company is very poor. Too many 'busy' people and the company is overloaded with senior management. Lots of senior people in the company are bluffing their way through day to day work and hoodwinking the CEO. Shame really. Customer service is pretty poor unless you're a client writing a big cheque. The smaller operators are getting pushed further and further down the food chain. It's one of those companies where if your face doesn't fit, you'll find it difficult to carry out your role and make any progression.

Pros

I have recently come back from maternity leave and have felt nothing but supported. The company have been incredible with being flexible to suit my new found childcare issues. They allow me to work from home two out of my five days a week which has been a massive help with not only childcare but also the transition of returning to full time work after a period of time off.

Cons

The only con I can currently see is a lack of training. This however is something I can take ownership of to try and get this arranged

Thanks so much for the review! We're hugely supportive of working parents, juggling childcare, work and life in general in no easy fete and I'm glad we've been able to support. This really does make us feel so proud! Training as you've mentioned does fall into two buckets, what you can do yourself and what we can do for you and I'm encouraged to see that you'll be taking some ownership of this too. Through 2020 we've provided training as diverse as Remote Working through to product updates but we can always do more, feel free to to chat to your Head of Department or People Operations if you have any ideas or concerns with your development.

Pros

Been here for nearly 3 months and its been really good, everyone is really friendly. Had the opportunity to spend some time in our Support Centre and in some other departments, which has been really helpful in understanding what the business is all about. Guestline have a set of Values that they talk about a lot during their recruitment process, and its really good to see that it's quite a big deal when you do start working here. There are quarterly awards that reflect the 3 values and people are nominated by others - prizes include a designated parking space! Holiday entitlement is really good - 25 days plus BH's and your birthday!

Cons

Things change really quickly and you have to be quite agile to get along here. It certainly won't suit everyone as it's fast paced and priorities change without much notice.
