    treated well, listened too, great benefits like lunches ad discounts

    pay is incorrect, they do not pay penalty rates at all.

    Pros

    Good pay for a retail store, coworkers are usually pretty great, benefits are amazing, during holiday time you get a TON of hours

    Cons

    Management could show a little less favoritism, should hire less people during slow months so everyone gets their fair share of hours, during holiday time you get a TON of hours

    Great benefits very diverse staff

    Cons

    Communication and development. I never really had a sense of my work ethic as I usually received feedback on what to improve but never any input from district but a sentence or two on how district refers to me as a sponge. I really wish I had an actual development plan but low voulume store do t have the payroll and my store manger didn't work over 40hrs ever so there was never any time to invest in an employee.
