      Pros

      Most of what was good especially In leadership is gone. Some staff.

      Cons

      No one in executive leadership has any experience in non profit much less with survivors. That place is run by prior law enforcement.

      Helping survivors , serving those that may not be able to pay for services elsewhere

      Found the ceo uniformed on the mission...also works as an authoritarian and uses intimidation. Disempowering work environment Disengaged uninformed board. Lack of diversity.
