Pros
HNI has a very collaborative, transparant culture. Employees are encouraged to improve processes, color outside the lines, and "wow" the clients through exceptional, unexpected service. Compensation & benefits are great. Work / life balance and employee's total well-being is truly valued.
Cons
Unhealthy snacks still find their way in the workplace.

Pros
I've been at the company for almost two years and I've enjoyed every minute of it. Very forward thinking and innovative company with managers that "get it." Employee development is encouraged and I always feel challenged to improve.
Cons
I live in down town Milwaukee, so I can't say I love the commute (HNI is in New Berlin by Brookfield Square Mall), but other than than, I have no major complaints to report.
