    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than a year

    Pros

great learning opportunities for new graduates; gain good comprehension what an end-to-end solid process looks like

    Cons

office politics, hierarchy, salary is below the market average

    Advice to Management

Salary increment can boost employees' productivity instead of headcount. Communication between Onshore and Offshore crops up, which becomes one of the root causes of inefficiency. Groom the old staff works better than want more new-hires. Many middle-level managers are incapable and don't finish their work decently.
