But NO carry forward leaves. 7. Wfh allowed but depends on team and manager. 8. Good cab facility and night shift allowance is fixed 9. Few team use good technology and applications where as few use legacy software. 10. Activity with time capturing application in certain teams helps avoid overwork and maintain good productivity

    Cons

    1. Reviews and promotions are difficult and dependent on manager. 2. Work may get hectic at times and work-life balance may be hindered, although company prefers to have proper work-life balance for its employees. 3. Not much flexibility in terms of financial support for professional qualification like CFA, FRM etc. 4. Individual recognition and awards depends on manager's outlook and hence politics prevails. 5. Few incompetent people also follow the path of buttering and get success. 6. Salary not up to the mark, income inequality where freshers are paid more than lateral hires. 7. Canteen is okay, not up to the mark for Bangalore location. 8. Gym facility only in certain buildings as the company has multiple buildings at various locations in the same city. 9. No skip level meeting or HR interaction at all 10. Few managers do not encourage the environment of learning
