I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The pay is inline with the market and benefits are really good, especially the sharesave scheme.

    Cons

Too strict in terms of career flexibility and changes to a career path. Impossible to move teams or change work activity without threatening to leave and even then it's not possible.

    Advice to Management

Be more reactive to the new generation's need for travel and change of work office.
