    Positive Outlook

I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've rotated to different function department for the first two years in the bank, most of the managers I met were nice and people oriented. Colleagues were nice and helpful too.

    Cons

HSBC is too stick to its rules and policies, which sometimes are too conservative. It impedes its employees to chase for better business opportunities or make it harder.
