    Very large bueareucratic organistion at times. Very heavily compliance driven can stagnate common sense discussions and disincentivise entrepeneaurship. Clear class and cultural separation between senior m/ment and rank and file

    More encouragement for people looking to grow the business and more support for frontline. Compliance is required but ultimately frontline people are the key to ongoing sustainabiity
