    Work life balance, attractive remuneration

    Cons

    For a sales person, the commission scheme is basically a bonus scheme with their current policy. There is no transparency as to how you get your commission, and a huge downfall of their policy is that your remuneration for your sales is at the discretion of your line manager. That means, if your manager does not like you and is not impartial, you will not be justly rewarded for your efforts.
