    Negative Outlook

I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good work life balance and flexibility with friendly colleagues that is accepting of all different people and cultures.

    Cons

Old systems, very risk adverse and a tendency to choose the cheaper bad aid solution rather than fix the problem and root cause. Saves money through reducing staff rather than investing in better processes/tech

    Advice to Management

Invest money in systems, people and processes to increase revenue and customer satisfaction rather than always trying to cut costs through reductions in staff.
