    Negative Outlook

I have been working at HWL Ebsworth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are no positives at all, I would give zero stars if I could

    Cons

This is an awful place to work rife with bullying and favouritism. The firm does boring, low end work in bulk for peanuts so the work is dull and only benefits the equity partners. If you start working here as a grad or a junior you might as well kiss your legal career goodbye as no good firm will want to hire you

I have been working at HWL Ebsworth

    Pros

Life outside of the prison walls.

    Cons

Everything is wrong with this place. The partners are a bunch of egotistical nerds that only care about making money for Juan so they don’t lose their place in the hierarchy. The bullying is out of control and the word equality is non existent.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at HWL Ebsworth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Large, full service firm with a wide variety of work and some very good people. Many of the partners are good lawyers and good people to work for.

    Cons

Certain teams in the Perth office are truly toxic to be in due to the partners in charge. No training provided and staff are expected to learn on the job.
