    They are very professional and active.

    Cons

    Every time management could not handle a few work timely. But in average thy are awesome.

    I enjoyed the ability to create my own schedule.

    Cons

    If your a individual who optimizes the use of the Gig Economy, Flexibility a must among the platforms. Handy has NO FLEXIBILITY! I find it odd that Handy will indicate that the purchaser is the IC's client in their user agreement (binding contract with the client and IC) however when the client is upset and resorts back to Handy, we are not included in the resolution for the customer, and left defenseless to represent...

    Advice to Management

    The difference between Handy and other Gig Platforms is that the binding contract is in fact between the Client and Contractor. The Gig Platform is there to serve the best interest between both parties and also allows for disputes to resolved between them. Reconsider your bylaws.

    Convince flexibility people tips new places not same office week after week.

    Cancellation that was made too late, estimates need better one on one consultation, miscommunication from customer to handy pro representative to customer makes the job easier to handle

    Pick your own jobs and hours.

    Cons

    Not always steady. Due to high competition, you must always be very attentive in order to not miss any potential jobs.

    So far I don't have any constructive criticisms, I've found management to be a really strong and reliable support system to me.

    I have been working at Handy for more than a year

    Pros

    They will never provide and proof when they claim you are responsible for something.

    Cons

    Be careful when booking jobs if the app sees that you are close to another one that the company cannot fill it will automatically give you the job and then when you don't show up they charge you a $40 fee for a "no show"

    Advice to Management

    Don't believe any humans work behind this company just bots with basic American names.

    Love being able to pick and choose your own hours

    Not sure how the rating system works at all. Annoying that you can’t see any ratings other than the 5 stars

    Maybe show your employees their rating so they know what to fix

    what is so utterly sad about Handy is that the platform, the app, and the concept of it is GREAT!!! WHEN it works it works well - when it doesn't - Man it SUCKS - and there is NO - repeat that - NO SUPPORT for professionals.

    Where would you like me to begin? No Support for professionals to the fact that if ANYTHING GOES WRONG - it is ALWAYS the professional's fault. Handy will never take your side, ever! So, get used to blame, insults, and the stupidest, most useless answers (via email) that have nothing to do with the issue you've written to them for.     A side gig so you can make a little bit of money.

    Cons

    *ALOT* If a customer doesn't like how you clean or maybe you denied a request they will give you a bad rating. So, on the app you would see what the customer paid extra for and some customers will pay you the minimum 2 hour $30 and wait until you arrive and then ask (hey can you do my interior windows) in which they are supposed to pay for that service through the app. The customer service ignores you almost always....
