    *Discounts *Occasional Doughnuts/ Hot Drinks *Well known

    Cons

    *Bullying Culture *Mismanagement *Staff afraid to speak out *Terrible customer service generally *Blatant Favouritism *Lack of support *All permanent staff are in management team *Senior management barely present & unapproachable *Overall very disheartening *Temp staff are disregarded, undervalued and disposable

    -friendly staff -discount -good name on CV

    Cons

    -Shifts; Weekends and bank holidays -Poor management -Systems are outdated -High turnover of staff -No training by management, advisors are expected to train majority of new starters. -No development or career progression -Be wary of job description given at interview compared to what you will actually be doing.

    33% discount if you even care for what is sold. Activities for staff e.g. Yoga, competitions Gifts at Christmas

    Cons

    Colleagues tend to get lick managers behind especially in this department Working hours are extremely inflexible Managers never want to speak with customers No cultural diversity in the senior management team

    I worked at Harrods full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great employee benefits, nice colleagues, working hours were good as well. The job itself was interesting and varied. You got to work with different departments and different managers. I love about Harrods that they truly put their customers first.

    Cons

    I didn't have any negative experience with Harrods. I have worked there on a temporary basis on 4 different occasions over the last two years.
