I worked at Harrods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The payment is certainly the best of retail, clean and nice place to work in. Staff discount very good as well.

    Cons

Very long our spent at work, extremely competitive colleagues fighting for commissions! Food in the staff cantine is quite expensive and rubbish. Happened a few times to feel unwell after eating upstairs. Extremely defective management.

I worked at Harrods part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great discounts, incentives I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for this company. Beautiful and inspiring working environment with regular performance reviews.

    Cons

Overall there wasn't many cons in my experience. I think if anything more information should be made available to staff who are interested in transferring to different departments.

I worked at Harrods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Clients, products, foodhall - awesome, nice area, staff discount, interesting place to work, cafeteria is quite cool.

    Cons

Robotic and wanna be staff. Very very strict rules and emphasis on appearance, which is understandable to keep high standards, but too robotic. Christmas and sale time - working hours are silly.

I worked at Harrods part-time for less than a year

    Pros

No wonder it is highly ranked in the UK as a top employer. The company is exceptional in terms of professional hiring processes and is not bias towards applicants - but still denotes values of quality in terms of selecting the right people suited for the various roles it offers within the company. Great salary packages, benefits and a world of unparalleled culture to work with - it is truly in a class of its own and cannot be compared to any other business. Should you be employed by Harrods, you are on a path to success!

    Cons

Make sure that you are dedicated to serving royalty, celebrities, high net-worth and aristocratic individuals - a professional appearance and conduct is vital.

I have been working at Harrods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Can't think of any, location is good but everything else isn't.

    Cons

It's like a prison as all staff had to go through this boot camp entrance and putting everything away before they enter the building. The Human Resource team treated people like dirt and always have an attitude of "if you don't do what we ask you to do we have other people to replace you". Awful
