I worked at Harvey Nash Group

    Pros

    - Great enthusiastic team; good company vibe; avoids "old school" stuffy recruitment culture. - Strong local leadership (I learned a lot about integrity from the MD) - Add real value to the community through events, surveys, and knowledge sharing to the wider market and client base - Encourages recruitment team to actually learn their domains instead of just pushing traditional sales tactics and "strategies" - They celebrate success and reward achievement; great commission scheme - Plenty of opportunity to progress internally and throughout the wider Harvey Nash Group - Diverse client portfolio

    Cons

    - Hours can be long sometimes, but that's the nature of recruitment. - Way too reliant on the UK for systems and processes.

I worked at Harvey Nash Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Established business and lot's of opportunities for development and progression. Great People internally and great clients

    Cons

As any professional recruitment business of large scale, there were lot's of distinct practice areas which didn't maxixmise opportunities. I was advised that the internal network was the most important factor for success, but felt that everyone was to busy chasing there own targets. This seems to have been addressed since my time at the Company.
