- Shifts are cut at the last minute, at times going from 30+ hours a week to less than 15 - Management do not listen to agents, sometimes don't even acknowledge agents - Managers make derogatory comments about agents and try to hide it - Team leaders do not want to support agents and will actively refuse to take escalations - No progressions growth - Head office is separate from customer care and do not involve customer care with company activities - KPIs are very strict and good performance is not recognised
