    Pros

    Bonus - incentives for "upsells" and "cover" which you can't call insurance ... Get to met some really great people

    Cons

    Undertrained and unprofessional management team especially the area manger Lack respect for the staff. Extremely high turn over for staff Incorrect pays (public holiday etc) Long hours Terrible hourly rage Contently offering "promotions trails" to different staff to get them to do extra work with out paying them

    Pros

    - head office is located centrally to Melbourne's cultural hotspots - great lower lever people to work with

    Cons

    - management is parasitic, incapable, intolerant and inconsistent - hard to communicate with team leaders - lack of diversity in Finance teams - terrible salary for amount of work - terrible 4-6mnth general trend in turnover - long hours- and comments are made if you leave before 6pm, and issues raised at performance reviews - promotions occur based on proximity to finance controller and not on merit

    Not many good things to say. Good people - bad management.

    Cons

    Terrible Management from top level - politic, disrespect employees, micro-management, unreasonable and high demand, Horrible working culture - long hours of work, really high turn-over of staff, training is insufficient. Expect to negotiate your salary really hard to get a pay-rise. Even Christmas party lunch - you will have to pay for it.

    Fun, fast paced culture. The people you work with are really like your family because you see them more than your own family.

    Cons

    Long Hours. As a manager you are expected not to take any breaks. You better hope you have a good supervisor otherwise you are screwed.
