Pros
A variety of jobs to choose from for different careers in healthare. Many jobs are entry level or just require some form of certification to be qualified. Afterwards, they offer a various amount of jobs where you can go up the ladder either in a management or clinical setting. They have tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and great benefits (part-time and full-time only).
Cons
For certain support staff roles (or in general) it does not have the most competitive pay and that is because they have so many resources available for their staff. Depending on the years of experience as a Telemetry Technician will determine how much gets paid compared to their coworker(s). Other hospitals/facilities might pay more hourly for the same position, but for other reasons.

Pros
It is a beautiful hospital with some of the newest and best equipment. The work community is fantastic, especially in the Emergency Department.
Cons
While this hospital is the best in Orange County and it is considered prestigious, they do NOT support their staff. The staff are overworked and underpaid. It is the LEAST PAYING HOSPITAL IN ORANGE COUNTY. If you work in healthcare and want to make enough as a single individual, I would not recommend working here. We were not given our annual bonuses during COVID because we did not reach patient satisfaction scores (obviously so, everyone was upset during COVID) -- and even though the hospital made MILLIONS, the employees still suffered. Our annual pay increases (depending on your performance for the year) is maximum of 4%. With the increasing costs of living in Orange County, there is no way for staff to support themselves independently. Many of us working additional jobs to make ends meet.
