    Pros

    Personal assistant would be required to assist with various components of each of these businesses including meeting contractors, making phone calls, making deliveries, paying bills, engaging in marketing and social media. Candidate would be required to handle executive's personal errands from time to time such as making deliveries, mailing packages, meeting with service providers, shopping, handling dry cleaning, managing emails and daily calendar. Candidate will learn about real estate investing and will get hands on experience meeting with architects, contractors and village officials. The right candidate may be given the opportunity to be involved in project planning and design and may be given freedom to pick out finishes for projects and see their designs come to life. Great learning experience and can be fun for a creative personality. Interested candidate will be given mentorship and financial assistance with obtaining a real estate broker's license and may have the opportunity to join a real estate brokerage team.

    Cons

    Time will be spent working in the executive's home office, traveling to various locations within Chicagoland to handle errands and meetings and working at preschools in Frankfort and Shorewood. Position will be an independent contractor position with expense reimbursements.

    There is no pros to work over there.

    Cons since the first day I join this ”company”, on the interview they told that I will receive 18hlr (U.S.$) but Instead of 18(us) I was receiving 14 (Can)

    Really not too many ...

    Cons

    Management is ruthless and completely out of touch. They make assertions without consulting employees. They lack innovation. Lack creativity. Don't understand what people do in their roles and don't care.

    Pros

    Being located in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices realty offices is a huge benefit for mortgage loan officers.

    Cons

    Your ability to negotiate the needs of Realtors and their Clients through difficult transactions is not an entry level position. You have to be extremely attentive to the Realtors in your office.

    Pros

    Great coworkers, fun work environment, work from home opportunity, and decent pay.

    Cons

    Nepotism and cronyism is the name of the game. All others, don't even bother expecting to be promoted. Also, there are very few minorities in underwriting or leadership in general. Only "certain" people can work from full-time.

    Pros

    The company has a very strong pedigree. The company has cultivated a very strong culture. It promotes information sharing between agents and collaboration. They've got offices pretty much anywhere you go so it really makes setting up client meetings easy. Super investment in the latest technology.

    Cons

    The caliber of the office can really depend on the Manager, a bad manager or change of managers can have negative effects since agents can be unwieldy and things can quickly go awry if not managed properly. Some times the offices can be kind wasteful. And Upper management can be kinda conservative.

    Pros

    Great people to work with. It is a very collaborative environment and there isn't much drama. It's fun to get to work with the different companies in the field as well as the employees in the corporate office. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable.

    Cons

    I wish we had more company holidays.
