      Compensation was far below minimum based on education and skillsets

      Cons

      No benefits, minimum compensation, very high turnover rates, scrutinized for taking time off., CFO consistently tasks with jobs not in your area of expertise. No training program yet terminates employees for first time infractions of company policies.

      Pros

      I've been trying to think of something good to say, but I truly can't think of anything. I meet some nice people, but like me, they didn't stay long.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, angry and frustrated employees, clueless and uncaring management. Employees are over-used and underpaid.
