      HumCap is good for good times

      Pros

      Very family friendly and relaxed collegial work environment. People are great. When times are good, the leadership does a great job of sharing the vision and creating incentives.

      Cons

      The level of expertise makes it a challenge to learn from supervisors. Management has struck a path and is sticking to it blindly in the face of feedback from the clients, from employees and from industry partners.

      Great people with high ethics and values Encourage employees to grow in both their personal life and career with training and resources Volunteer opportunities & involvement within the community are part of the culture Leadership values family as a high priority

      Cons

      If you dont like a small family feel office, game time with your co-workers, winning countless awards as a team, and the occasional work happy hour then this is probably not the place for you. :)
