      Working at HyperBeard has meant open communication with management, great benefits, such as private insurance, and plenty of vacation days, plus a constant stream of entertaining projects.

      Cons

      Not really a "negative", but personal accountability is assumed and expected of everyone. This is a team in which there's no room for lack of communication and honesty.
