      Few good and knowledgeable individuals in the technical teams

      Cons

      Product(s) are largely outdated and not really fit / too expensive for 2024 market, hence lots churn and no new logo growth, not enough investment in product development.

      Met some really nice people at the company who want to help, despite the challenging environment

      Cons

      This place was toxic. ELT was not inspiring, has forgotten what the company mission and values are and focuses only on profits (which it struggles to achieve). Company is not people or family friendly. Calls are often scheduled outside of working hours and if you need to travel for your work, this is done in your own time with no compensation. DE&I policy is a joke. Middle management filled with toxic bosses who steal deals from others, openly disregard company processes, have no care for people or culture. Bad behaviour is ignored. Product is outdated and not invested in. Avoid!
