      Pros

      Work/life balance is decent. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      Senior management and executives are shady and racists. They’re only in it for themselves. No annual reviews and no raise if you’re not their favorites. Too many lawsuits. Not a place to grow your career.

      Great idea hindered by awefull managment

      Pros

      Long time player in the industry with large base of installed customers and dealers. Company is interested in growing. Base pay is higher than industry. The non manager staff are excellent, good people that genially try to help, the offices have a great internal culture.

      Cons

      Zero sense of direction, or support to actually achieve goals. Many burned dealers and end users because of poor management decisions (both product and executive.) Poor treatment of employees resulted in massive turnover in senior sales and engineering positions 100% of Sales engineer and 90% of RSMs in 2018-2019. Unrealistic quota expectation with little or pointless product development. Identiv bought two companies to try and grow portfolio (Freedom and 3VR) but they were filled with issues. Compensation package is poor, base pay is good but unobtainable quota means your OTE is not what was sold to you, no 401k matching and health benefits are slim.

      -Some good coworkers that are passionate and fun to work with -May have the option to work from home

      Cons

      TERRIBLE place to work....do not waste your time. Management is highly unprofessional. I've experienced and seen many belittle, yell at, and ridicule their employees. All teams here are overworked and are not given the proper resources to succeed. You can't even take a vacation day without someone contacting or guilt tripping you...I've never seen a company function like this. Company strives to be current but is stuck in its traditional ways. No 401k match (even though company exceeds numbers), performance reviews, and raises/promotions are rare. Poor people management have and will drive the best people to look elsewhere........

We value our employees and have been working extremely hard to ensure we have a culture that is employee centric. We understand we can not be successful without our employees. We have made and will continue to make changes for the better to ensure our employees are treated with respect and in the most professional manner at all times. We have improved our benefits and now have a 401K match. Performance reviews and merit increases have been implemented and are now done annually. We are working hard to improve our training overall for employees and managers to ensure they have the skill set they need to manage their teams in the most professional and effective manner. Thank you for your advice to management. We agree that investing in our people is important and leading with encouragement and praise, and without fear is a key to improving our employee morale. We are on a mission to hire leaders that are in alignment with our goals to improve the Identiv culture.
