Pros
Started off good but things always do
Cons
Overworked and under paid. Given the title of "office manager" and told to run the day and office, but having no control. Micromanaged with everything you did.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at ImmediaDent part-time for less than a year
Pros
I met a lot of nice people that worked there
Cons
Communication wasn’t the best, I was promised as many hours that I wanted for the weekend . Did not give me the hours they promised . I was hired for one location but had to travel to three different locations to get any hours. Was fired in Jan and was told they didn’t have any more hours for part-time or PRC employee’s due to restructuring the company and changing the days of the week that they would be open. They were crooks and sneaky about stuff. I wouldn’t have applied here if I was only going to work about four months

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at ImmediaDent full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
3 12 hour work shifts, 4 days off per week
Cons
This company expects us to have compassion for their patients when they have no compassion for employees. Have not had raises for 2 years, but expects employees to bend over backwards for them. Has a huge meeting downtown announcing all these great changes and raises in store for employees who truly deserve it, yet close down many offices and are on a hiring freeze. You are not allowed to ask questions about the future of this company as a genuinely concerned employee without being accused of having a bad attitude and told you can find employment elsewhere.
