I've been here 6+ months and from start to current, I've had nothing but positive and supportive experience with the leadership team, setting me up for success, open for improvement and believing in my ability and strengths to carry out a new part of the role with no experience, and was able to achieve them at the highest level possible, with positive customer feedback.

Cons

I do need to be proactive in chasing the leadership with expertise advising them. But at the same time, they are well received and open for ideas and suggestions to consider.
