I worked at Imperial Brands full-time

    Pros

Colleagues, for the most part, are great. Clean and tidy office space. Morning coffee runs.

    Cons

Poor and reactive leadership. Still behaving like the third horse in a three horse race. Unsustainable and repetitive sales practices that are binding the market and making unrealistic sales targets for the team to pursue.

I have been working at Imperial Brands full-time

Great culture - people committed to creating a engaging workplace Global company - opportunities for those who are mobile

Former Employee - Trade Marketing Executive in Madrid

I worked at Imperial Brands full-time for less than a year

    Pros

International environment, career opportunities globally, young atmosphere.

    Cons

In my short stay at the company, I found it hard to establish a good relationship with my managers. Micromanagement does not begin to describe it. The salary was decent but there were no other benefits and although there weren't long hours, working from home was not always encouraged by managers, despite the fact that we were supposed to wfh due to lack of space in the office.
