    Pros

Colleagues, for the most part, are great. Clean and tidy office space. Morning coffee runs.

    Cons

Poor and reactive leadership. Still behaving like the third horse in a three horse race. Unsustainable and repetitive sales practices that are binding the market and making unrealistic sales targets for the team to pursue.

I have been working at Imperial Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As a Graduate you start with a very good salary and they put a lot of trust and responsibility on you. I believe it's the best way to stay motivated and try to improve everyday. They provide you with many learning tools, mentoring system and introduce you to the rest of the "cohort" of Graduates from that year to build relationships. Graduates from previous years are also a great point of support.

    Cons

You cannot always move as much as you would like (normally you get 3-4 rotations over the course of the two years as a Graduate) or to the departments you want to, although this is nothing selfish about the company, but lack of open positions in that specific team.
