    I have been working at Inditex full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    You will work with a lot of foreign people, who will share with you their culture. You will have a good environment, where you could develop your artistic, numerical or management skills.

    Cons

    You will not choose your days off and sometimes you will work more than 5 days in a role.

    Bust have to have spanish spaker

    Need a lot of open courses and high level international degrees to overcome their attitude towards to their employess and business polices
