    I have been working at Inditex part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Pay is ok, but the commission is zero. Doesn't matter how much you sell, the percentage is 0.00001

    Cons

    Managers aren't helpful at all, which makes work environment terrible. There is a lot of work other than selling, so you cannot even concentrate on sales because you are doing some things that managers are not willing to do. They would not tell you if there is a better opening position because they don't care about their employees and obviously don't want them to succeed.
