Pros

Salary was paid on time. Modest health benefits were paid on time. Work from home and travel was embraced.

Cons

The single most unprofessional work environment and CEO you will ever encounter. Want to be blamed for poor company performance when the CEO uses his CC like a travel agent? Check. Want to have your quotas based in illogical math and then have payouts fought? Check. Have anything constructive to offer to management? Don't bother. You'll be labeled as a noisy bearing.

Competitive offering with compelling differentiators, excellent service delivery, great marketing, lots of tools for sales enablement, established Business Management System, dedicated to innovation/vision in the market.

Cons

Rigid pricing makes creating velocity and compelling buying events difficult, no 401K matching and below average health insurance (but that's not unusual for a smaller company).
