    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Infosys full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Can be used to get a good brand if not worked for any big company

    Cons

Have irritating processes so cannot focus on doing a good job- eg. Had to wait 5 days to get a phone sanctioned as it required an approval from 5 levels up. They have lost their edge of selling value services, so they are constantly cutting costs even if it means annoying employees.

    Advice to Management

If you do not change the archaic culture the company cannot get its past glory
