      One of the Best India IT organisation to work for with variety of industries, domain, technologies and skills to serve for.

      Cons

      Workload is usually high. 12 to 14 hours daily workload for job band 6 and above.

      Advice to Management

      Increase the compensation standard and groom the employees from job band 6 to be better leaders then managers.

        One of the worst in the world/ If you have nothing to do - join this company and spoil yourself

        The Mid-level management is utter rubbish. Only verbal feedback is passed on from manager to manager. No Skill sets with the people you work with. Irresponsible management, You are performer if you Sit for 10 hrs a day take only one break. attend all the meetings Be a stupid !
